Refund & Cancellation Policies

At iSign Notary Studio, we stive to provide exceptional mobile notary and loan signing services to all our clients. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to accommodate such changes while ensuring our services remain efficient and fair for all parties involved. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

Cancellation Policy

  • If a cancellation for any reason occurs more than 24 hours  before scheduled appointment will NOT incur any fees.
  • If a cancellation  is made within four hours of the appointment time, a $25 cancellation fee will be billed immediately.
  • If a cancellation for any reason occurs after the Notary Public has arrived at the agreed upon appointment site/time,  a cancellation fee equivalent to the travel fee will be billed immediately.
  • No-Show:  if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee equivalent to the full service charge will be applied

Refund Policy

 Service Guarantee:

  • If we are unable to complete the notarization or loan signing due to an error on our part, a full refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Travel fees and any additional expenses incurred (e.g., parking, tolls) are non-refundable once our notary has traveled to the agreed-upon location.

Incomplete Transactions: 

  • If the notarization or loan signing cannot be completed due to the client’s failure to provide necessary documentation or identification, or if the client is unprepared, no refund will be issued for the service fee.

Rescheduling with Notice:

  • You may reschedule your appointment without any penalty if you notify us more than 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee of $25.
